Dusk Walk & Beer Tasting

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with a relaxed, one-off evening experience in Northumberland. Created in collaboration with the North East Dark Skies Festival and First & Last Brewery, this special event combines a gentle guided dusk walk with dark skies, followed by a behind-the-scenes brewery tour and a tasting of local beers in the tap room. Unhurried, atmospheric, and a little bit different.

Is it accessible?

The walk is around 2 miles and includes pavements, roads and uneven paths that may be muddy in places. While the pace is gentle, the terrain may not be suitable for all mobility needs. If you’d like to discuss access or adaptations, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Walking poles are available.

Do I need to be 18?

No. This event can be enjoyed by all ages, but anyone sampling beer must be 18 or over. Soft drink alternatives will be available. You may be asked to provide valid ID on arrival.

Can I arrive early?

Yes. Guests are very welcome to arrive early and enjoy a drink in the tap room before the walk begins and stay after the beer sampling. The Tap Room is open from 2pm - 9pm.

We recommend arriving in good time so the evening can start in a relaxed way.

What is your cancellation policy?

As this is a special event, the cancellation policy is different from our regular tours. You may cancel up to 7 days before the event for a full refund, which allows us time to fill your place. Unfortunately, no refunds can be offered for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
